As a teenager I remember going to hockey games at the old Minto Arena with Elsie. She was a vocal fan! Vists at the farm where fun for city kids with usually a tracker ride. We lived in Calgary for a while close to Elsie. She and I and Wendy drove to PA in a blinding snow storm when my grandpa (her uncle) was dieing. Always a big heart and boisterous laugh! So much love. She will be missed.

I sure remember your Mom. I worked with her at Birchview, she was a fabulous cook I can attest to that!!!!
Kinda set in her ways she was but I absolutely loved her laugh and she always made us laugh when she did…. I found it funny when she wasn’t sitting in her favourite place by the window in the dining room or in her doorway of her room when I was there last week but thought she was busy.. Now I’m sorry I didn’t ask . She worked so hard all her life but now she rests with her Saviour.
She has left a beautiful memory for me and all who knew her.
She was very special and I know she will be missed by you all and all that knew her..
Our very deepest Sympathies to each of you.
